Dr. Ali Bush is an integrative veterinarian along the Front Range in Colorado. She is passionate about providing alternative therapies to support the health and well-being of your beloved pets. Originally from Connecticut, she fell in love with Colorado after moving here in 2014 to attend veterinary school. It was during this time that she discovered the benefits of rehabilitation and acupuncture, inspired by her heart dog, Trixie (pictured above). Trixie suffered a cranial cruciate ligament tear—similar to an ACL injury in humans, and needed physical therapy. She made a full recovery, and this experience solidified Dr. Ali’s commitment to incorporating integrative medicine into her veterinary career.

For seven years, Dr. Ali worked as a mixed-animal practitioner in rural communities, where she gained a deep appreciation for the human-animal bond and the importance of preventative care for animals of all sizes. During this time, she also recognized the limitations of conventional Western medicine and the lack of access to alternative therapies in underserved areas. In response, she founded Rocky Mountain Integrative Veterinary Services (RMIVS) to bridge that gap and make holistic care more accessible. Dr. Ali is proud to offer veterinary acupuncture, canine rehabilitation, and animal chiropractic services in the comfort of your home or on the farm.

When she’s not caring for animals, Dr. Ali enjoys spending time with her husband, three dogs, and cat. She often can be found at a local craft brewery or on the reservoir out fishing her husband. In the winter, you’ll find her carving through the trees snowboarding with friends.
